TIPI Pain Management Of Houston Scholarship Eligibility

The TIPI Pain Management of Houston is available to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate and graduate students. The applicant must be a graduating high school senior who plans to pursue a health and medical science degree to be eligible to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
High school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate student applications require that students be U.S. citizens.
Have a 3.3 or better GPA and a minimum of a 1040 SAT score or 22 ACT score (please submit transcript)
Provide a list of extracurricular activities, including sports and volunteering while in college.
Submit a high-resolution photo (shoulders and above)
Respond to the following questions in an essay of 1,000 words or less:
